Michelle Walkey-Thornburg, a local artist in Indy and friend of Brooke and Gabe, showed her work ‘Indiana Art’ at the Harrison Arts Center tonight, dedicating the piece to Gabe.

Hello Gabe! My name is Michele and I was working at Wishard in the operating room the night you were admitted. I do not often find out how patients do once they leave the OR. I’m glad to see that you seem to be doing well. It looks like you have a lot of love and support from friends, family, and strangers.
